Réouven received his PhD from the École Normale Supérieure in Lyon, France. He worked under the direction of Benjamin Huard and Audrey Bienfait on implementing quantum sensors such as a photon-counter or a quantum radar using superconducting circuits.

At MIT, Réouven studies the physics of exceptional points in non-hermitian PT-symmetric superconducting circuits.
