Lamia received her B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University in 2018 with a minor in Engineering Physics, and an S.M. from the Quantum Photonics Group at MIT in 2021.
Her current research interests include noise mitigation in superconducting qubits, microwave quantum optics, and nonlinear photonics.
Lamia is a recipient of the EECS Alan L. McWhorter Fellowship and an NSF Graduate Research Fellowship. Outside of work, she enjoys drawing, playing ultimate frisbee, and listening to podcasts.
