Kate is an EECS PhD student broadly interested in studying noise mitigation in superconducting qubits. She received her B.A. in physics from Wellesley college in 2021. Upon graduating, she joined the superconducting qubit research efforts at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, transitioning to EQuS in 2024. Outside of the lab Kate enjoys making pottery, and endlessly searching for her new favorite snack.
