Fabrizio obtained his Ph.D. in condensed matter physics from the Niels Bohr Institute, at the University of Copenhagen, under the supervision of Prof. Ferdinand Kuemmeth and Assoc. Prof. Anasua Chatterjee, followed by a one-year postdoc in the group of Assoc. Prof. Morten Kjaergaard. Fabrizio experimentally demonstrated how low-latency control hardware and Bayesian inference techniques can mitigate environmental magnetic and electrical noise in semiconductor-spin and superconducting qubits.
Fabrizio joined EQuS for the first time in 2024, during his Ph.D. exchange, and again in 2025 as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Postdoctoral Fellow. He is now working on adaptive quantum error correction and calibration techniques.
