Youngkyu Sung received the B.S. degree Summa Cum Laude in Electrical Engineering from the Seoul National University (SNU). At SNU, he worked on developing quantum devices based on nitrogen-vacancy centers in diamond.
He is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at MIT. His broad research interests include superconducting qubits, rapid single-flux-quantum (RSFQ) circuits, etc.
Youngkyu Sung is a recipient of the Korea Foundation for Advanced Study (KFAS) Scholarship.
